Who wants to stay healthy? Or who has experienced serious illness and even been hospitalized for days? Everyone definitely wants to stay healthy so they can carry out their activities as usual. And don't want to undergo treatment in hospital because this is not a pleasant thing.
Maybe for those who have experienced serious illness such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, high fever, stomach ache, stomach feeling hot for days, heartburn, even in the most severe conditions having to be hospitalized for days, of course this experience is the most difficult experience. unpleasant, don't even want to experience it again. Or experiencing eye pain, stinging, soreness, continuous tears, pain like this is of course not bothersome at all, even though it seems like a mild illness, but for the sufferer it is still an inconvenience experienced by the body.
All the symptoms of the diseases mentioned above are common diseases that are found and experienced by almost everyone. And all of these are preventable diseases.
And the prevention method is very simple, namely WASH YOUR HANDS WITH SOAP diligently for hands that are dirty with soil, oil, etc. or you can also clean your hands with hand sanitizer for hands that are not dirty, this can be done at any time, every time we touch an object/person/place. high risk of being contaminated with disease germs due to being touched by lots of people/animals/animal waste.
HANDS (including fingers, palms and fingernails) are the organs and also the main body parts that are most often used for physical contact/communication with the surrounding environment or with other people.
Daily routine activities such as shaking hands, opening doors, cleaning the environment (sweeping, mopping, washing, etc.), rubbing your eyes when you feel itchy in your eyes, scratching your skin when you feel itchy, even doing defecation (defecation). ) and urinating (BAK), drinking water, eating with or without using a spoon/fork, petting pets, watering the garden, and hundreds of other routine activities/work that require hands to do.
The nails on the fingers also have the potential to store toxic substances/worm eggs/parasites, bacteria, pus, animal waste and so on, which settle/carry/get stuck in the gaps between the nails and the fingers, until they end up in the mouth when eating, or enters the body/blood due to abrasions due to scratching or enters the eyes due to eye rubbing movements.
All actions/activities mentioned above can all be prevented. So that we will escape the risk of becoming sick due to our own actions.
So, so that we can STAY HEALTHY and ALWAYS MAINTAIN HEALTH, starting today we make it a habit to force ourselves to always wash our hands with soap and running water every time we touch/contact with objects/people/locations that are at risk of being contaminated by sources of disease.
