Nausea (Nausea) is a common symptom with many possible causes. Not a few patients complain that nausea more often feels paralyzing, feels worse and lasts longer than vomiting.


COMMON CAUSES OF NAUSEA

a. Due to the effects of the drugs being consumed

HOW TO OVERCOME NAUSEA

a. Eat on time.

In general, the symptoms of nausea arise from those described above, due to physical conditions that often eat too late/too spicy or stress factors, so it is recommended to eat large meals on time at least 3 times a day and snack in the form of vegetables/fruit 3 times so that stomach acid is used for digestion. food.

b. Avoid foods/drinks that irritate the digestive tract.

c. Drink warm water.

d. Inform your doctor every time you seek treatment that you have a history of stomach ulcers/digestive disorders, so that the doctor can minimize the administration of drugs that have side effects on the digestive tract.

e. Stress management – managing stress so that it doesn't last.

f. Always consult a doctor if you have to treat a chronic disease for a long time whenever symptoms of nausea appear.

g. Take ulcer/nausea medication regularly according to medical indications.
